Meeting Checklist
Quick first draft of meeting checklist - please improve.
- Arrange speaker(s) or event.
- Arrange venue. See the venue list for contacts at venues we have used in the past (see contact sheet).
- Arrange equipment needed by speaker.
- Update the Meeting Details page and Upcoming Meetings page [at least one month in advance].
- Announce the meeting on area tech calenders and lists (see contact sheet).
- Announce the meeting (if possible) at the prior meeting.
- Announce the meeting on the list 2 weeks in advance.
- Announce the meeting on the list 2 days in advance.
- Check with speaker(s) 2 days in advance to confirm any final details.
- Revise this checklist if you have something useful to add or improve.
