Wesley Chun gave a talk on Python 3.x (recapping his talk which keynoted last month at PythonBrasil and PyCon Argentina). He detailed differences between Python 2.x and Python 3.x and some of the reasons for the changes, listed packages and libraries which have been ported to Python 3.x, and described migration strategies, including several tools to assist with porting.
